This episode has the entire rogue's gallery chasing after Bubblehead the Memory Bird, who has accidentally been downloaded with the Supertrooper Juice formula. The Queen wants it; Jackie Subtract wants it; Daisy O'Mega wants it; the Black Hole Gang wants it; and especially, the Rangers want it back.
