Svenja remains in a coma. In an in-between world, she encounters her deceased friend Jenny. Svenja confesses to her that she has doubts about her role as a surrogate mother, but Jenny is able to reassure her. Only when Arthur appears in the in-between world does the mood change. Jenny wants to know what’s going on between Svenja and Arthur. Meanwhile, Britta is fighting for Svenja’s life in the real world.
